The Data Controllers of the data processing carried out through the site are:
– Vitec Imaging Solutions Spa, and
– Vitecgroup Italia Spa;

Joint Data Controllers pursuant to art. 26 of Reg. 679/16 by virtue of a Joint Controllership agreement, the content of which is accessible by contacting the Data Controller through the references below, (hereinafter for brevity “the Companies”).

Both Companies are based in Via Valsugana 100 – 36022 Cassola (VI).

The Joint Controller, pursuant to Article 26 GDPR for the users’ data of eCommerce and marketing activities, is also the Local Distributor of Vitec or Vitec Imaging Distribution in each country, only for the data of users in their own country. The indication of Vitec Local Distributor or the Vitec Imaging Distribution competent for each country is shown in the footer of each site.
